In response to increasing demand for generators and spare parts YorPower has relocated to modern new premises in Sherburn in Elmet between York and Leeds.

An exhibition in Vietnam in late 2010 generated a significant number of orders and the company is confident that recent European and Middle Eastern exhibitions will add further business to the company's order book.

The new site, close to other major company distribution centres including Eddie Stobart, Sainsburys and Debenhams on the Sherburn Industrial Estate, gives YorPower even greater storage capacity and improved access to major road networks. The new offices house an enlarged sales and markeing team and allow YorPower to invest further in staff and equipment.

Recent YorPower projects in the UK include the design, supply and installation of five 2MVA MTU generators for a data centre in London and the installation of a 500KVA Perkins generator for a York based waste management company.
